Welcome to St. Martins

The Village of St. Martins, New Brunswick, Canada boasts a rich and longstanding history of seafaring and shipbuilding dating back to 1783. This, combined with the most incredible picturesque seaside vistas and charming local venues, made it the perfect choice to host the Fundy Sea Shanty Festival.

From its friendly local businesses and cheerful residents, to its bustling harbour area, world famous sea caves, and proximity to the breathtaking Fundy Trail Parkway - St. Martins offers the very best in Bay of Fundy tourism. It's a destination you'll not soon forget, and if the festival is your first visit, we can pretty much guarantee it won't be your last!

The Village of St. Martins is located along the Bay of Fundy, accessed via Route 111 in New Brunswick, Canada. Some approximate driving times include...

  • From the Saint John Airport: 30 minutes

  • From Sussex, New Brunswick: 45 minutes (via Route 111)

  • From Canada/USA Border (via Calais, Maine): 1.5 hours

  • From Bangor, Maine: 4 hours

  • From Montreal, Quebec: 10 hours

  • From Toronto, Ontario: 15 hours

For an extra-spectacular scenic route during your travels, try the Fundy Coastal Drive or travel through the Fundy Trail Parkway (admission required to access the park)
